Job DescriptionThe Key Account Manager will oversee the successful delivery of ISS Integrated FM services, including cleaning, technical services, workplace experience, helpdesk, mailroom, waste management, pest control, landscaping, and project work for the GPA in London (approx. £3.5m per annum).Job DescriptionAs Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for implementing strategic commitments and empowering your team to create value for the customer.Your focus will be on ensuring client retention while maximizing opportunities for growth within the account.If you are a strategic leader with experience in facilities management and a passion for delivering exceptional service, we invite you to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership to service leads and indirectly the operational teams and supply chainImplement the account bid commitments and identify continuous improvement opportunitiesOperational and tactical lead and interface to customer representativesDirect and deliver highest standards throughout HSEQ performance ensuring compliance at all levelsDirect and deliver statutory compliance, ensuring compliance at all timesResponsibility for financial performance including revenue, margin, cash collection, WIP, unbilled and accrualsManage account embedded performance in payroll activityEnsure required standards are consistently maintained and reported through audit and KPI performancePresentation of monthly contractual and operational MIProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsExperience of leading and managing othersLeading TFM account essentialExperience of budgeting, financial management and reportingExperienced MS Office user (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Resilient and has the ability to manage conflicting prioritiesInfluencing – A natural leader who enjoys having responsibility for othersCommunication – Has a wide network and can maintain relationshipsLearning agility – Learns from experienceGood presenter – Comfortable leading meetings and presentationsDecisive and action orientatedThe CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
