This is a senior, technical role focused on managing the EUC (End User Computing) environment, supporting large-scale IT operations, and ensuring the efficiency, security, and continuous improvement of IT services.
Role Overview:
Technical Expertise : Knowledge of complex IT systems and technologies such as Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, PowerShell scripting , and more.
Project Management & Strategy : Leading projects and BAU activities, ensuring the smooth delivery of EUC services across the organisation.
Service Delivery & Optimisation : Optimising the performance, security, and compliance of IT tools, ensuring they support business productivity effectively.
Senior-Level Accountability : Responsibility for managing critical IT systems , developing EUC strategies, and ensuring high service standards for end users.
ITIL Foundation certification is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
Utilise your expertise in Active Directory/Azure AD, Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Microsoft 365, Powershell scripting , and other EUC technologies to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Lead on the day-to-day management of EUC operations, ensuring security, governance, and compliance across the IT environment.
Oversee projects and BAU activities , collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to deliver exceptional results.
Continuously evaluate and improve IT EUC services, focusing on enhancing user experience and productivity .
Ensure the smooth operation of essential IT services, maintaining high standards of service delivery .
What you need:
Proven track record in managing large-scale EUC deployments .
In-depth knowledge of patching processes, security best practices , and EUC solutions.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, delivering solutions within SLA and KPI frameworks.
ITIL Foundation certification is essential.
