We're seeking a dynamic Senior National Account Manager to drive our client's retail expansion. As a key player in their success, you'll shape the retail strategy, build strong partnerships, and deliver exceptional results. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and drive revenue growth within the retail sector. Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key retail accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Conduct in-depth analysis of sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Optimise inventory levels through effective forecasting and demand planning to maximise sales and minimise carrying costs. Oversee and develop a high-performing retail team, providing mentorship, coaching, and performance management. Negotiate and manage contracts with retail partners, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, cost control, and profit maximisation strategies. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations within the retail industry. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve high performance and exceed goals. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed business decisions. Experience in developing and managing budgets, forecasting revenue, and analysing financial performance. In-depth knowledge of the luxury retail market and its consumer trends.
