Brightwork are currently recruiting on behalf of our client, for a Purchasing and Supply Chain Specialist. This would be a full time, permanent position based out of the company’s site in East Kilbride. A critical role for the business. You will be tasked with ensuring parts and materials are sourced, ordered and delivered on time at the right cost and quantity. Main Responsibilities: Supplier management Negotiation and tenders Material scheduling Continuous improvement of ERP system Other duties deemed relevant to role. Essential Skills and Experience Previous experience within a procurement role SAP B1 experience would be beneficial A procurement qualification would be advantageous Strong negotiation skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills IT literate Brightwork Ltd offers the services of an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
