Who are we?
We’re ethix digital, a 6 person digital marketing agency based in Camden. We think digital marketing is best when it’s connected with a purpose, so we only work with ethical organisations. These are typically either charities, impact organisations, sustainable brands, or arts & cultural institutions. We’ve been running for 4 & a half years, specialising in paid social & paid search.

What will you do?
We’re looking for someone with experience in paid search & paid social to work across multiple clients, all with an ethical focus of some kind - think international charities, climate solutions providers, and sustainable deodorant. The role will predominantly be working on Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns, with opportunities to work on other social media platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, TikTok, Pinterest, DV360/Display.
Day to day tasks:
- Planning, building & managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns
- Copywriting, providing creative feedback & ad briefs
- Developing paid search & paid social strategy
- Writing weekly & monthly reports
- Creating & delivering presentations

Essential skills & experience:
- Experience working with clients
- 1+ years experience working in paid search & social (agency-side or in-house)
- Confident using Google Analytics
- Campaign building & management
- Strong background in data, proficient in Google Sheets / Excel
- Confident with communication & presentation skills
