Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior planners on various projects related to land use, zoning, and development proposals. Conduct research and analysis to support planning initiatives. Assist in preparing reports, proposals, and presentations for stakeholders and regulatory bodies. Engage with the community to gather input and address concerns regarding planning projects. Stay updated on current planning regulations, trends, and best practices.Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Urban Planning or a related field. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in GIS, CAD, or other relevant planning software is a plus.
