Content and Channels Manager Salary: £52,737 (National Framework) or £58,139 (London Framework – if you are London office based or homebased and live within the boundary of the M25) – There is also an additional homeworking allowance of £553 per annum for those working from home. For part time roles – please note this will be pro rata Hours: Full-time 37 hours per week. Job-share will be considered. What you will bring… To be considered as our Content and Channels Manager, you will need: - Experience developing an accessible and usable public website and public information in other formats - Experience managing the development of information for the public online and offline - Experience developing and maintaining online and offline content - Experience directing digital programmes and digital priorities - Editorial experience gained while working in a new media production environment - Experience of a range of social media channels, HTML email templates, infographics, online surveys and analytics - Experience managing high value contracts and budgets - Experience publishing and reports and presenting these to senior management and expert users - Experience designing digital services for consumer and niche audiences - Strong research, analysis and reporting skills - Strong project management skills What you’ll be doing… As our Content and Channels Manager, you will oversee the running of our website as well as other key engagement channels delivering information to millions of people. Leading the content design and social media team, you will manage the development and delivery of our online and offline content, ensuring the information and services we deliver are accessible to all. This rewarding role will also see you overseeing the management of our brand including the use of our house style guide, corporate logo and other design assets.
