Working Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, however, must be flexible and able to work weekends, early mornings, and evenings on occasion.
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Social Value Manager to support one of our prestigious contracts.
As Social Value Manager you will be driving community engagement initiatives, promoting social value projects, and ensuring the successful implementation of our social value commitments. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for community development, and a strategic mindset to enhance our social impact.

As Social Value Manager you’ll be:
* Developing and implementing strategies for effective community engagement.
* Organising and setting up stands to promote social value projects within the community.
* Fostering relationships with local stakeholders, community groups, and customers.
* Highlighting and showcasing successful social value initiatives through newsletters and other communication channels.
* Creating and maintaining green spaces in collaboration with community members and local organisations through volunteering and / or funding options.
* Supporting local recruitment efforts by engaging with the community and promoting job opportunities.
* Tracking and reporting recruitment / retention through Social Value Portal
* Implementing retention strategies through regular engagement and support for staff.
* Conducting regular visits and meetings with the client team and the Amulet management team to ensure alignment on social value objectives.
* Plan and execute events that align with social value objectives and community needs.
As Social Value Manager you’ll have:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with colleagues, railway staff, and members of the public.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess opportunities and improve current practises
* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision, to achieve common security objectives.
* Willingness to potentially work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as per the need of the client and contract.
* A passion for social impact and community development.
* Proven experience in community engagement, social value initiatives, or project management is desirable
* Familiarity with the TOMs framework and social value measurement tools is preferred is desirable
* Must have the ability to travel and attend the network on a regular basis
