In this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimising email marketing campaigns that drive engagement and conversions. Title: Marketing Campaign Specialist Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 Location: Bagshot, with travel to other sites Key Responsibilities: Design and execute creative and effective email marketing campaigns that align with the brand voice and drive user engagement and referrals Enhance and manage the referral program through targeted email campaigns, incentivising customer participation and maximising referral conversions Craft compelling and persuasive email content, including subject lines, body copy, and calls to action, ensuring each campaign resonates with our audience Utilise data-driven insights to segment email lists for targeted messaging, ensuring campaigns reach the right audience at the right time Monitor and analyse email campaign metrics, such as open rates, click-through rates, and referral conversions, to identify trends and implement improvements Stay updated on email marketing best practices and emerging trends, bringing fresh ideas to the table for campaign innovation Skills and Experience: Strong copywriting skills to create persuasive and promotional material Experience with email marketing platforms such as Klaviyo Experience working with referral programmes such as Mention Me Reporting knowledge on marketing activity performanceHuntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
