The successful candidate will travel to Bedfordshire 1 day per week; and support in providing well-informed, captivating and engaging communications and content.

Description
The successful Change Communications Specialist will be responsible for;
- Implementing communication strategies for change initiatives for a UK professional services organisation.
- Developing and managing effective internal and external communication channels to drive engagement and awareness.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of communication strategies.
- Ensure communication messages are consistent across all mediums and for various departments.
- Track and measure the level of engagement within the company and effectiveness of communication initiatives.
- Stakeholder engagement.
Profile
The successful Change Communications Specialist will have the following expertise;
- Experience within a change communications role. This can come from any sector.
- Proficiency in utilising diverse communication channels.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to manage stakeholder relationships with sensitivity.
- The abaility to manage leadership relationships and be robust where necessary.
