What are we looking for?


This role entails managing and growing our highest profiled clients whilst providing high level of customer experience across all segments within Google Cloud and AWS. You will be responsible for driving customer outcomes across Onboarding, consumption and risk mitigation. You will be a critical player in driving long-term account success across a portfolio of customers.

Job Responsibilities


  • Accelerate customer adoption of Cloud by leading the implementation journey. Provide technical guidance and manage timelines, milestones, migration goals, and business transformation strategies.
  • Advocate for customer needs in order to overcome adoption blockers and drive feature development. Lead across multiple work streams and teams to maintain customer momentum.
  • Develop strategic relationships with stakeholders to understand a customer’s business and develop strategic roadmaps. Lead quarterly business reviews and executive sessions to better understand business and technical needs.
  • Plan for customer events and launches, partnering with Practice, Engineering, and Cloud Managed Service team/s to ensure customer success during critical moments. Work with customers and Support to guide issues/escalations to resolution.
  • Develop best practices and assets based on learnings from customer engagements to support initiatives to scale through partners and accelerate cloud adoption.


Qualification


  • Master’s degree in a management, technical, or engineering field
  • 7+ years of customer-facing experience with small-medium to enterprise accounts for technology services ( Public Cloud / Data Analytics / Applied AI preferred).
  • Experience in workload migration to public cloud providers, and translating business requirements into technological solutions.
  • Proven track record of Sales in India across technologies such as Cloud, Analytics and data engineering.
  • Strong exposure / Experience in working with the Digital Natives, Startups and Enterprise accounts (in tech / Solution Sales capacity) in The UK.
  • Strong written, verbal communication & presentation skills.
  • Active Technical Certifications and keenness to be hands-on to solve problems together with the customers.
