Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Maximize customer returns on Dynamics investments Develop long-lasting and high-quality business relationships with clients Understand client business strategies, requirements, and processes Demonstrate future state solutions with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and related technologies Support the development and expansion of solution footprints Provide solution demonstrations and design bespoke solutions Document Programme Solution Designs Review functional specifications for complex integrations or significant module changes Act as the single point design authority between Solution Architects Guide Client Programme Directors & Project Managers Share knowledge with project team members and other consultants Qualifications: Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and CRM Strong understanding of business processes and related applications Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Ability to design and document complex solutions Proven track record in digital transformation and CRM implementation
