- Lead long-term operations strategy across production, planning, and supply chain.
- Ensure stringent quality assurance and drive continuous process improvements.
- Oversee new product development and launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Inspire and develop the Operations team while managing key supplier relationships.
- Enhance data reporting, collaborate cross-functionally, and engage with leadership and investors.
Head of Operations Skills & Experience Required
- Extensive experience in fast growth Direct to Consumer environments with FMCG experience.
- Proven leader in team development and positive culture creation.
- Broad logistics and warehousing expertise, ideally in eCommerce or retail.
- Strong cross-functional relationship-building skills.
- High standards in quality, execution, and effective communication.
