Full Time, Permanent We want to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience * Demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level in building safety and compliance functions? * Demonstrable experience in developing and implementing building safety and compliance best practice policies and procedures? Sutton Housing Partnership's (SHP) top priority is ensuring its residents have a safe home to live in. We’re looking for a Head of Building Safety & Compliance who will be the operational lead to ensure that SHP meets all its statutory and regulatory safety obligations; effectively engaging with residents, providing assurance that they live in a safe home and showing leadership to a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent outcomes for our residents. You must be qualified or working toward the CIOB qualification in Building Safety, Level 6 and hold a NEBOSH Diploma with demonstrable experience of operating at a senior level. Leveraging data and systems to manage risks and compliance is an important requirement. You’ll lead on the implementation of new framework contracts.
