Description Using the Sage Intacct system to create purchase orders Weekly payment runs for due invoices and receipts Reconciling supplier statements Dealing with supplier queries and escalating where necessary Reconciling credit card expenses Ad hoc duties as and when required by the Financial ControllerProfile A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should have: A minimum of 2 years' experience within AP Must have both English and Maths GCSE Excellent communication skills A keenness to learn and grow Organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Intermediate Excel skillsJob Offer A competitive salary in the range of £28,000 to £30,000 per year.
