We are looking for a driven and hard-working Executive Assistant for a fantastic permanent opportunity near North Birmingham/Staffordshire. This is a varied and busy role suitable for an individual with extensive PA experience that long term is keen to develop into a more strategic and operational role. This is a full-time role, 4 days in office, 1 day working from home, supporting the Managing Director as well as offering support to the wider team when required within theorganisation. The responsibilities include:

Extensive diary management, travel arrangements, minute taking and document preparation

Act as the first point of contact for the supported director, management inboxes and post as well as prioritise correspondence

Build relationships internally with stakeholders externally and externally as well as externally to schedule meetings and conferences for the team

Provision of expert secretarial support including project support on an ad hoc basis

Maintain up to date knowledge of business requirements and connections to intervene where appropriate
You will be required to work on a full-time basisand have solid Executive Assistant experience. This business boasts a diverse working environment and an excellent benefits package. You must possess extensive experience within a similar role within a large national or international organisation.
Due to the location on this role, it is recommended that you are a driver with access to a vehicle.
