Job DescriptionProduct Operations Manager | Hybrid 2/3 days onsite | £100k + Package (c£150k total comp)I’m seeking a proactive and strategic Product Operations Manager. This position is key in enhancing my clients Product & Tech Operating Plan and managing resource allocation within the Product division.In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and improving the flow of product requirements and managing business/customer demands throughout the product lifecycle. This includes phases from discovery, design, and development to production, distribution, ongoing support, and product retirement. You will collaborate with product teams to support the creation and review of the Operating Plan.This would suit someone with the following profile: Previously a product leaderTracking and reporting on staffing deploymentCommercial - pitch projects to the board for £ allocationHave been a budget owner, Understands P&L'sPerhaps you love the idea of product and how it operates rather than the day to day implementation, this role sits in the middle of all the teams to provide a holistic support as well as complete insight to how this billion dollar operation functions.If this aligns to your background then apply to find out more.
