Astute's Renewables team is exclusively partnering with a UK Wide ICP and EV Charging installer to recruit a Major Projects Project Manager for its Swindon site. The Project Manager role comes with a salary of £75,000- £85,000, Bonus, Car allowance, Private Healthcare and flexible working. Responsibilities and duties Reporting to the Head of Operations you will: Manage the full lifecycle of the project from planning to commissioning. Design, maintain and own programs of work for projects, overseeing thats project costs and finances are managed correctly. Use creative problem solving to mitigate problems or issues and increase efficiency. Carry out weekly and monthly reporting on projects. Attend site visits as necessary. Liase internally and externally with project stakeholders and DNOs Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following: Project Management qualifications (eg. Prince 2, APM, PMI) Experience working for an ICP, DNO or IDNO at EHV voltage levels (132KV minimum) Use of project management software - MS Project Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role Solution focussed mindset. UK Drivers licence Personal skills The Major Projects Project Manager role would suit someone who is: Extensive experience in Project Management within electrical utility industry. Good understanding of the project lifecycle. Problem solver and strategic thinker. Excellent communications skills.
