Cambridge Static Mechanical Maintenance Engineer £44,770 + Overtime    Your new company A globally recognised Facilities Management and Technical Services provider.    Your new role – Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Static role covering a portfolio of mechanical maintenance work across a critical healthcare site in Cambridge. AHUs, FCUs, ventilation, motors, pumps, tap temperature checks, legionella, expansion vessels / PRV's / TMV's, drainage inspections and sanitation repairs or replacement. Service, maintenance, fault finding & repair on a range of building services equipment, General maintenance duties as and when required    What you'll need to succeed                                     Experience within a Maintenance / Facilities Management environment. Any relevant qualifications required e.g. Level 3 Award, C&G or equivalent Knowledge of Health & Safety, Permit to Work procedures and safe systems of working.
