Housing Manager

Elevate Projects are looking to appoint an experienced Housing Manager on behalf of our valued client, you'll be carrying out scheduled tenancy's visit, providing advice and support to vulnerable customers and signposting them to there tenancy sustainment services. Other responsibility include: * Preparing court cases for action and being a representative * Attend court cases and multi agencies meetings * Refer cases of tenancy fraud * Investigate and resolve service complaints * Work collaboratively with stakeholders, solving problems through intervention and enforcement Please do reach out for more information regarding this position
