We are directly supporting the leadership team in appointing a Finance Business Partner that will be heavily involved in strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to be the a trusted partner to the leadership team, while owning and growing the function alongside the expanding finance team, in the next chapter of business growth. Mandate: Ownership of the partnership function, supporting senior stakeholders on strategy and commercial business plans and project bids Work alongside the commercial director on driving performance factors Creation and development of accurate financial models, reports, forecasts and budgets for divisional heads Turn financial data into a story, and present to the executive team Requirements: Ideally a qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, etc) Confident interpersonal skillset, ability to challenge stakeholders Core or commercial FP&A experience, ideally in technology Strong experience with business partnering and modelling We cannot give feedback to all applicants as much as we wish we could.
