Site Agent/Manager

Job Description: We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Site Agent to lead our team in the installation of a large site compound. The Site Agent will be responsible for managing the overall project, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the project team, including excavator and machine drivers
• Oversee the removal of vegetation and excavation works
• Ensure the installation of hard standing and palisade fencing is completed to high standards
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
• Communicate regularly with clients and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Provide technical guidance and support to the project team

Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Site Agent or similar role
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
• Valid certifications and qualifications relevant to the role
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Relevant Tickets/Certifications:
  • CSCS Card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
  • SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
  • First Aid at Work
  • IOSH Managing Safely or equivalent
