Site Manager

I am looking for a Site Manager to join a Repairs & Maintenance company operating in Staffordshire. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing external contractors carrying out kitchen and bathroom refurbishments, ensuring the works are programmed in and doing handover inspections. Business Mileage will be provided for all site based travel. Site Manager duties: Support achieving the planned delivery budget on projects Lead and Manage the sites operational staff, to establish its full contribution to the organisation Carry out post inspections, signing off completed works What is required for the role: Good all round Knowledge of Construction Management, Planning & Programming techniques Demonstrate knowledge, expertise and experience in managing social housing projects, refurbishment, Planned major & minor works ranging from £10k to £1.5m Relevant qualification at NVQ level 4 or equivalent with significant experience managing CDM projects Have a current CITB Site Management Safety Training Scheme qualification Detailed, working knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation and C.D.M requirements relating to building construction and project delivery If you are interested in the Site Manager role, apply online now or contact Chelsie on (Apply online only)/ (url removed)
