Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop sustainability strategies across various projects.
• Leverage your IES expertise to deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance environmental performance.
• Cultivate and maintain client relationships, bringing new business opportunities to the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into all aspects of operations.
• Mentor and develop junior staff to build a strong sustainability culture within the organization.

Ideal candidate:

• Chartered Engineer with a strong background in sustainability and environmental engineering.
• Extensive experience in IES, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Existing client relationships that can be leveraged to generate new business.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Passionate about driving change and promoting sustainable practices.
