Role: Maintenance Plumber  Location: Wakefield  Salary:  £33 - £35k per annum basic Permanent contract Monday - Friday 38.75hrs per week  24 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays OT rates paid after 40 hours and on weekends Van & fuel card  All sites within 30 mins Call out 1 in 4 (all local) The role: Our client, a large, reputable Facilities Management company is looking for an experienced Plumber to join their expanding team based in Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality commercial property maintenance in Wakefield and surrounding areas. Duties: Undertake planned, responsive, and cyclical maintenance tasks Perform maintenance duties while upholding client objectives and maintaining respect for service users' dignity and privacy. Consistently follow Health and Safety Regulations, including COSHH, Control of Infection, and Waste Disposal, in line with legislation and company procedures. Maintain asset histories, maintenance records, and helpdesk reports, and inform the Maintenance Manager of any follow-up actions required. Participate in an on-call rota Skills: NVQ Level 2 / City & Guilds or higher in Plumbing Extensive property maintenance experience in either the public or private sector Experience in HVAC control systems IPAF / PASMA certification Water Management experience (L8) Valid UK Driving Licence *Please note that an Enhanced DBS check and reference checks will be carried out upon successful offer.
