Electrical Contracts Manager

Your new company A National MEP Contractor who has been delivering expert services across the UK and Ireland for over 60 years. Delivering mechanical, electrical and design services across all sectors, from industrial to hospitality, retail to education and have extensive experience in successfully delivering everything from small budget maintenance works to multi-million-pound large projects. Due to project demands, this contractor is seeking to appoint an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their team in Belfast. Your new role The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of large-scale electrical installation contracts, offering troubleshooting solutions where needed and making sure all design, programming, technical and financial aspects of £multi-million-pound projects are on schedule. What you'll need to succeed 2+ years' experience managing large-scale electrical projects Good knowledge of contractual obligations. Fully qualified Electrician or have an HNC or higher in a related Electrical Engineering/Building Services discipline. Excellent attention to detail and effective communicator.
