Key Responsibilities for the Sales Support Engineer:
- Screening and logging customer enquiries including phone calls and emails
- Answering after-sales support cases, or escalating to the correct member of staff
- Generating repair/service quotations
What We're Looking For in the Sales Support Engineer:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent.
- Experience in a sales support role, ideally with technical products.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
