About the Role Healf is looking for a skilled Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for enhancing our digital presence and driving online conversions through data-driven strategies. You will work closely with our marketing, product, and design teams to identify optimisation opportunities, execute tests, and implement effective solutions to boost customer engagement and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities •

Optimisation : Analyse user behaviour and site performance to uncover conversion opportunities. •

Testing : Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to enhance user experience and increase conversions. •

Strategy : Formulate and implement strategies for optimising key digital touchpoints. •

Analysis : Use tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to gather and interpret data to inform CRO initiatives. •

Collaboration : Partner with marketing, product, and design teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness of CRO initiatives. •

Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in CRO to maintain a competitive edge.

Ideal Candidate • Proven experience in a product management within retail or e-commerce. • Analytical thinker and problem-solver with a proven track record in A/B testing and using CRO tools. • Strong proficiency in Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other optimisation tools. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. • Passionate about health and wellbeing and committed to promoting Healf's mission. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
