psd is a leading international executive recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Manchester, and Haywards Heath. We have been operating in Manchester for 30 years and our team recently moved to new offices near St Peter’s Square. We currently have specialists recruiting across Accountancy & Finance, Technology, Banking, Risk & Compliance and Procurement & Supply Chain and are committed to further expanding our team.
The role:
We are keen to speak to driven, commercially minded individuals who can demonstrate the interpersonal skills and business acumen necessary to develop client relationships and deliver effective recruitment solutions. To succeed you will provide a creative approach to recruitment with exceptional levels of service and be a strong business developer to leverage both key and growth accounts as well as identify and grow new opportunities via effective networking.
These are 360-degree roles where Consultants will be expected to win business with new clients and deliver on all assignments.
Requirements:
- A proven track record of achievement within a recruitment/executive search consultant role.
- Experience of delivering assignments at mid to senior level.
- Ability to proactively build a client base from existing and new contacts and deliver a broad range of search and selection services.

This position comes with a very competitive basic salary and an open-ended commission scheme which includes a 50% of net fees level.
