You will be required to work a shift of Working Hours -9am - 5pm.

Pay and Benefits:
£28,000.00 per annum
Working Hours - 10:00am - 6:30pm
Hours: Monday to Friday

Duties
Input telephone lens orders
Inform customers of delays, stock issues
Resolve glazing and uncut queries
Evaluate quality of team calls and communications
Answer general inquiries on promotions
Receive and make telephone calls
Progress chase
Liaise with sales force
To provide and maintain department administrative functions as directed by the London Glazing Management team.
Work in despatch function when required
To monitor and manage the team KPI’s in absence of Deputy Site Manager
To help identify the training needs of the CRM team and liaise with Management team
Ongoing training and refresher training for indirect team reports
To liaise with Deputy Site Manager/Site Manager to ensure daily tasks required in CRM team are completed.
Support other CRM team members in solving problematic customer concerns
Support, drive and log CRM KPI targets
Expedite urgent orders using CRM expeditor function
Order point of sale/instrument parts using AS400
Resolve technical issues using help desk function if necessary
Contact account managers with any account related issues
To provide out of hours support for Saturday production and early delivery schedule as required.
Must have Qualifications/Experience:
Customer focused
Excellent PC and administration skill
Good communication skills – confident
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplined team
Previous Experience of having worked in a Customer services environment.
Ability to work in a fast paced Environment
Attention to detail
