Clinical Lead (Nursing Care Home)
Location: Walton-on-Thames, Surrey
Salary: £24.00 per hour (approximately £45K annually)
Shifts: Days (8am – 8pm, 3 days on a rota basis)

As a Clinical Lead, you will:
Collaborate closely with the nursing team and carers to ensure the highest standards of clinical care. Enjoy full support from our management team to deliver exceptional care and meet resident needs. Skills and Attributes of our Clinical Lead:
Strong clinical skills and the confidence to lead a team. Prior management or leadership experience. Ability to make clinical decisions calmly under pressure. Passion for promoting best practices and mentoring others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DOLS, CQC, and compliance. Education and Qualifications of our Clinical Lead:
