Application Requirements: • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). • Previous experience teaching in a primary setting, particularly in Key Stage 1. • A genuine passion for teaching and a commitment to student success. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • A creative and flexible approach to teaching. Key Responsibilities: • Delivering engaging and inspiring lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students. • Creating a safe and nurturing classroom environment where children feel valued and supported. • Assessing and monitoring student progress, providing constructive feedback to promote growth. • Collaborating with fellow teachers and support staff to create a cohesive learning experience. • Communicating with parents to keep them informed about their child’s progress and school activities.
