Lettings Property Manager

Role: Lettings Property Manager Ref:445 Salary: £25,000 Location: Barnsley (S75) Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9am – 4pm (day off in the week when working a Saturday) Our client is an estate agent where a personal service is central to everything they do. They place great emphasis on communication and building strong client relationships. Benefits: * Mileage Expenses paid. * 30 days holiday inclusive of bank holidays * Company pension Key Responsibilities: * Managing existing Landlord relationships, liaising with clients on a regular basis * Creating and preparing all lettings marketing material * Carrying out letting’s property viewings * Processing new tenancy applications * Preparing tenancy agreements * Carrying out inventories, check ins & check outs. * Dealing with property maintenance issues * Issuing the relevant legal notices * Dealing with bonds and bond disputes. * Dealing with tenancy renewals The successful candidate: * Lettings experience - essential * Full UK Driving Licence & access to own vehicle.. * Works well with others to create a team spirit and an enjoyable working environment. * Ability to work under own initiative. * Good telephone manner * Strong IT skills (Basic Microsoft Packages) * Strong attention to detail Glu Recruit LTD are an equal opportunities employer and are acting as a recruitment agent in the hiring of this role.
