This is a part-time opportunity, and we are seeking a new colleague who can commit to working 25-30 hours per week.Scope of region: United Kingdom & Western EuropeA highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of human resources principles and practices and will demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Duties and Responsibilities: HR Administration: Participate in collecting employee feedback and gathering training needs.Update staff handbooks as required and draft new ones for missing countries.Review and renew car policy and car allowance in coordination with C&B team.Assist in the HR audits of the countries.Respond to various queries from the employees in regard to HR admin maters including benefits.Ensure performance goals and development plans are created and uploaded in the system.Assist employees/managers in using workday and carrying the various transactions.Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation.Reviewing the monthly payrolls.HR Compliance: Stay up-to-date on state and local employment laws and regulations.Assist in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations through policy development, training, and audits.Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.Onboarding/Offboarding Process: Perform onboarding tasks with new hires and exit tasks with leavers.Create a new Exit survey and an Exit interview form for offboarding.Facilitate Workday orientation sessions for new employees.Employee Relations:Guide employees in various HR processes, including onboarding, policies, and procedures.Assist in resolving employee relations issues and conflicts.Conduct investigations into employee complaints or allegations as needed.Prepare documents for all aspects of the employee life cycle (employment contracts, reference letters, etc.).Ensure well-structured documentation.HR Projects and Development: Review and maintain various HR activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and HR engagement surveys.Participate in HR transition processes.Assist in office moves and HR-related logistics.Organize thematic HR events and workshops for employees and managers.Design and maintain HR portals on the company intranet page (Unily).Create and maintain HR newsletters and coordinate the various workshops/activities/initiatives in countries to optimize engagement.Experience and knowledge required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.3 years of experience in human resources or related field.Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and HRIS software.Unfortunately, due to the large volume of incoming applications, we are not able to send you further written notification should your application not meet the requirements detailed in the advertisement.
