Job Title: Sales Manager - Polymer Industry (UK-Wide) Location: UK About the Company: My client is a leading provider in the polymer industry, specializing in an extensive range of polymer bases and materials designed for complex requirements. Their products and services are crafted to enhance functionality and ease of handling. The offerings include, but are not limited to, Antiblocking Masterbatches, Antimicrobials (Bactiglas™), Biodegradable Masterbatch (Reverte™), Flame Retardants, and Contract Manufacturing services. Key Responsibilities: Manage and expand existing client accounts across the UK, fostering long-term relationships within the polymer and allied industries. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, particularly in polyethylene film extrusion and material integration into polymers. Collaborate closely with production and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs. Conduct regular on-site visits to customers, providing technical support and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management. Ideal Candidate Profile: Experience: Open to candidates ranging from fresh graduates to seasoned professionals. Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills. A technical understanding of the polymer industry is advantageous. Characteristics: Proactive, self-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision. Ambitious and eager to grow within the company.
