Parking Manager

Key Responsibilities: Leading the review and implementation of strategic parking policies Managing related charges, procurement, and contract management Overseeing the delivery of all parking-related schemes, including controlled parking zones (CPZ) and disabled parking provision Responsible for the delivery of electric vehicle charging points, cycle hangars, and dockless cycle parking Managing the team involved in drafting Traffic Management Orders (TMO) Collaborating with external organisations and internal teams to meet strategic objectives Job Requirements: Experience in the development and implementation of parking policies and delivery programmes Proven track record in delivering parking and traffic management infrastructure projects Relevant professional qualification in traffic or parking policy and programmes or significant relevant experience Strong negotiation skills with external organisations and council services Understanding of local transport strategies and policies Excellent leadership and team management skills
