As Regional Director, you will be responsible for facilitating and controlling all aspects of the services the company provides. Through your previously attained skills, you will develop a dedicated team who will meet and exceed client expectations. The ideal Regional Director will have excellent communication and customer service skills, which will enable them to flourish in this role.Responsibilities:Perform any investigations as requested by senior management to the best of your abilityImplement and maintain QMS, carrying out monthly checksMeet budgetary targetsMonitor financial plans with P&L informationSet key objectivesTactical planningMonitor expenditure and income against several aspects and control all direct costsEnsure all forecasts are achieved, secure and implement where necessary, price adjustmentsReview cost efficient methods of operatingResponsible for all wage sheets of staff, ensuring they are all paid correctly and in line with set budgets on wagesAuthorise all material demandsRespond to all customer queries, in writing and verbally, in a concise and efficient mannerAttend both internal and external meetings monthlyResponsible for recruitment of all staff, ensuring all employee records are correctCarry out staff appraisals and grievances where necessaryEnsure staff are trained in line with company policies and procedures, and that they are aware of the company’s discipline and grievance policiesEnsure staff are trained to carry out their roles accordinglyEnsure the company’s Health and Safety policies are always adhered to by staffExpand revenue base, seek growth, and estimate and secure new businessBe sure to follow company procedures in all aspects of your roleReport any deficiencies in systems of work or equipment to action them as soon as possibleReport any issues to Line Manager where they will be resolved in a timely manner
