Senior DevOps Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Are you a seasoned DevOps engineer with a passion for cloud technologies and a knack for optimising infrastructure? About the Role As a Senior DevOps Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of cloud infrastructure management, working with cutting-edge technologies to ensure all systems are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. You'll collaborate with an experienced team of engineers and report directly to the Lead DevOps Engineer. Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and maintain cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code Optimise cloud services for performance and cost-efficiency Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines for continuous improvement Address cloud challenges including security, scaling, and cost optimisation Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices Required Skills and Experience 5+ years of experience in DevOps Proficiency in Terraform Expert knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes Strong skills in Python or Golang CI/CD experience with GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins Thorough understanding of networking concepts Excellent communication skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong security awareness Location This is a remote role, however candidates are required to be based in the UK Salary Flexible dependant on experience, however £70,000 - £75,000 would be the sweet spot.
