We are seeking a talented Senior Sous Chef to join the team Senior Sous Chef role We are seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Sous Chef to lead the kitchen team. This is a unique opportunity to take the helm of a dynamic culinary team, driving the development and execution of our seasonal menus. A creative and dynamic work environment where your ideas are valued and implemented Senior Sous Chef key Responsibilities: Menu Development Lead the creative process for our seasonal menus, experimenting with unique flavour combinations, colours, and presentations to deliver dishes that are both innovative and true to our brand. Manage and mentor the kitchen team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards, maintaining consistency across the menu. Work closely with our carefully selected suppliers to source the finest ingredients. Oversee the tasting process, refining dishes up to ten times to achieve perfection before they are added to the menu. Collaborate with the front-of-house team to ensure that every customers dining experience is seamless, engaging, and memorable. Senior Sous Chef qualifications: Proven experience as a Sous Chef in a high-end restaurant or Hotel Background Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a kitchen team. Creative flair with a passion for experimenting with new flavours and presentations. Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
