Jr Sous Chef Ideal Candidate Profile: Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Senior CDP and ready to take a step up A passion for culinary arts and a proven track record in creating innovative menus and exceptional food Leadership skills, ready to start helping with training a team of junior chefs Thorough knowledge of current food safety and hygiene regulations Jr Sous Chef Key Responsibilities: Knowledge of ingredients and the ability to use them in a creative way Belief in being a team player Excellent time management skills Ensure effective stock rotation of all products to avoid unnecessary waste. Be able to run the pass at all service times successfully.
