Laboratory Technician

Are you a graduate of Chemistry/ Experienced Lab Tech?A leading and successful provider of analytical testing and Environmental services are currently seeking 2 Laboratory Technicians to join the team in their environmental testing Lab in Didcot, Oxfordshire , on a temp to perm basis. Ideal for Graduates of Chemistry, or related disciplines, or if you have prior lab experience.Role OverviewReceipt and Analysis of Samples using a range of Analytical Techniques.Ensure all work is conducted in line with relevant regulations and standards such as UKAS ISO17025, GLP.Temporary to permanent, Full-time role Monday-Friday. 39 hours per week (Monday-Thursday 8:00am -4:30pm, Friday 8:00am-3:30pm )RequirementsA Degree or equivalent in a relevant scientific discipline is highly beneficial but not essential, if you have equivalent Lab Based experience.Experience in Analytical Chemistry, particularly environmental samples is highly advantageous.Must be highly motivated, with great attention to detail and problem-solving capability, excellent communication skills and a strong appreciation for the principles of quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.Must be immediately available to begin.In returnThis is a fantastic opportunity to gain full training and working experience within the field of lab-based Analysis.
