Working closely with the Office Manger and existing administration team, you will be part of the front office team and an initial point of contact for students, parents, visitors, and other stakeholders. You will assist the existing team in promoting a friendly but business-like office environment and building and maintaining good relationships with all staff within the school.The ideal candidate will have previous office/reception experience and will have strong communication, organisation and IT skills and an enthusiastic, proactive approach which are essential skills for this position.You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and be part of developing school as we transition towards becoming a secondary provision from September 2026.The successful candidate will; Join a school that offers a genuine opportunity for career development Be able to contribute to the wider improvement of the school Be driven and committed to our students.Visits to the school are welcomed.
