Your Mission: As a Bar Manager, you'll be responsible for the organisation of the bar and development of our bar team while living and breathing our values: authenticity, excellence, meritocracy and entrepreneurship. What You'll Do: Bar Operation: Organise the team's work to ensure every pour is perfect and every guest leaves with a smile. All "bar-things" from opening the bar, ordering stock to closing and everything in between. Leadership & team engagement: Be an inspiring leader and the ultimate team player, delegating tasks and keeping everyone engaged. Embrace the buzz of our dynamic environment, contributing to building a great workplace culture. Drinks creation: Stay ahead of the curve with new menu creations and updates. Keep things exciting and fresh with regular menu updates and cocktail development. ProfitabilityStock Management: Drive sales and promotional activities cooperating with the Operations team. Keep costs in check without compromising on quality or guest satisfaction. Be the boss. Who You Are: You are passionate about people, drinks, and delish Italian food. You have experience working in the bar managerial role while leading a team. You are business savvy- you understand labour costs, margins and P&L You are a critical thinker who focuses on solutions, not problems and goes the extra mile to make things happen. You communicate clearly and effectively verbally and in writing; you are open to sharing and receiving constructive feedback.
