Join our client's friendly and dedicated team as a Grounds Maintenance Operative, where you'll have the chance to work outdoors and make a positive impact on the environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out general grounds maintenance tasks such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, weeding, and litter picking
• Ensure all areas are kept tidy and presentable
• Use a variety of equipment to maintain the landscape, including mowers, strimmers, and leaf blowers (training provided)
• Assist with seasonal tasks like planting, pruning, and snow clearing
• Report any issues or safety hazards to your supervisor

Requirements:

• A full, clean UK driving licence (No points)
• Enthusiasm for working outdoors in all weather conditions
• A team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to learn on the job - no previous experience required
