Camino Search are partnered with a PE backed services business who are looking for an M&A and PMI lead.


Over the past couple of years, The company has acquired multiple businesses and are set to complete more acquisitions soon. With a current significant revenue and EBITDA, they are poised is to achieve substantial growth over the next few years through inorganic growth.



Key Responsibilities:


M&A


  • Lead the M&A strategy, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth objectives.
  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets, managing the entire M&A lifecycle from initial contact to integration.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including financial, legal, and operational assessments involving internal managers where required.
  • Prepare and present acquisition proposals and updates to the board and investors.
  • Build and maintain relationships with target companies, particularly family-led businesses, ensuring a smooth acquisition process.



Post deal integration


  • Collaborate closely with the Project Office, HR lead, CFO and operating teams to ensure seamless integration of acquired businesses to the point of BAU.
  • Manage semi-chief of staff responsibilities, including preparation for board meetings and process management for integration.
  • Support the CEO in strategic decision-making and other corporate development activities.
