We are currently looking for enthusiastic and flexible Supply Teachers to join our team on a part-time or supply basis. Job Description: As a Supply Teacher, you will support the school by stepping in to deliver engaging and effective lessons during teacher absences. Your main duties will include: Delivering pre-planned lessons to various classes. Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment. Providing one-on-one or small group support to students when necessary. Adapting to different classroom settings and student needs. Supporting students with their learning and development. Managing classroom behavior and ensuring a safe learning environment. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality teaching across different year groups. Follow lesson plans provided by the regular class teacher. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback as needed. Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Adapt teaching methods to suit the needs of individual students and groups. Communicate effectively with other staff and contribute to the school community. Requirements: Previous experience as a Supply Teacher or in a similar educational role is preferred. A passion for teaching and supporting student learning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, adaptability, and a positive attitude. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Relevant teaching qualifications (e.g., QTS, PGCE) are preferred but not essential. DBS clearance or willingness to undergo a DBS check.
