Sales Manager

Steele Charles are delighted to have been engaged with one our best clients on this Sales Manager vacancy. With ambitious commercial targets, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to develop and lead an international sales strategy to drive profitable growth. You will already have a successful track record as a sales or commercial leader with demonstrable experience of delivering exceptional customer service and meeting ambitious commercial targets, knowledge of export sales is highly desirable. The role includes the management of three account managers, each responsible for a portfolio of our most strategic customers, across the UK and globally. You will be an experienced manager, who empowers teams to achieve great things. You will also own several key customer accounts and will be expected to set the standard for account management and building strategic relationships. You will need to work collaboratively across the business – working to unblock barriers and facilitate growth.
