We have recently been recognized with a nomination for the IFMA New York Awards of Excellence in the Sustainability category, underscoring their achievements in fostering adaptive, efficient, and sustainable work environments.About the Role:You will have the opportunity to sell enterprise solutions that leverage the power of Freespace’s platform to tackle the challenges faced by business leaders. You will be responsible for bringing on new business logos, working with channel partners and influencers as well as existing clients to drive strategy and sophistication in an effort to fully embed Freespace solutions into the client's workplace experience and real estate portfolio. You will build and nurture relationships blending your creativity and solutioning skills with a consultative approach to selling digital solutions to senior executives across many verticals.Key Responsibilities:Hunt new leads and engage with assigned leads to build and close a strong pipeline of opportunities.Consult on use cases for industry best practices across customer acquisition and retention initiatives.Forecast pipeline accurately, including expected close date, projected deal size, and projected deal probability.Work closely with pre-sales engineers to demonstrate the capabilities and potential of Freespace solutions and to successfully deploy POC sales.Achieve an annual sales quota.Work with the head of marketing to create a compelling digital buying journey and messaging.Generate new opportunities for Freespace.Communicate with prospects, follow-up on sales leads, handle customer requests, sell the right product that meets customer requirements, prepare sales proposals, and drive opportunity closures.Build a long-term relationship by becoming a trusted client partner.Work collaboratively with Freespace's teams to ensure successful sales outcomes leading to happy clients.Support the development of sales skills in the organization by developing appropriate training and coaching tools.Diligently utilize CRM to house all client information and track all sales activities.Key Performance IndicatorsAchievement of sales targetsSales pipelineSales forecastingSelf-prospecting Key Skills and Experience:5+ years of experience selling SaaS enterprise solutions which will ideally include selling to Real Estate, IT and Workplace VPs / Directors.Experience of selling or working with SaaS workplace solutions would be desirable.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and closing large and high-quality deals.Experience of competing successfully in a crowded space.Experience of working with CRM systems (e.g. Hubspot).Strong experience selling solutions and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.Commercial skills and ability to think and operate strategically.Deep interest in and solid understanding of the SaaS PropTech landscape.Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders and teams building solid lasting relationships.Proven ability to self-prospect and generate leads.Expert negotiation skills, having managed complex deals where you have driven maximum value and ROI for your customers.Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment and work with multiple lines of business.Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.Ability to work flexibly and travel frequently.Behaviours and MindsetA highly consultative selling styleStrong networking and relationship-builderCurious and interested in technology and its place in workplace design and experience.Comfortable operating in a target driven environment and highly focussed on delivering results.Resilient and persistent yet able to adapt approach and style to suit customer needs.Team ethos, happy to contribute for the benefit of the team.Problem solving mindset, stays at the problem until resolution is found.Adaptable and flexible in approach and working hours.Happy to contribute with ideas/suggestions to drive business and produce improvements.If you think you are a good fit for the role you can apply via LinkedIn or reach out to [email protected] if you want to know more.
