The Job You'll be Doing
- Meeting and greeting visitors.
- Use of switchboard.
- Replenishing tea and coffee.
- Managing the teams shared inbox.
- Booking meeting rooms.
- Setting up meeting rooms.
- Ordering catering.
- Arranging porter requests.
- Any other duties as required.

- Excellent administration skills
- Excellent IT skills
- Excellent Communications Skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to details
