We’ve successfully transitioned professionals from backgrounds such as Retail Management, Sales, and Customer Service into high-performing, top-billing recruiters. What We’re Looking For: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service-related role. Proven ability to meet targets, ideally set by a current or previous manager/director. Experience in managing people is a plus. The Package: Competitive base salary: £20,000 – £25,000 (dependent on experience). Lucrative commission structure – up to 30% based on billings 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
